Laysan Delivery - Arrival in Honolulu!

We made it!!

After spending the night circling outside the harbour, we entered Ala Wei
Harbour at 7:00 am this morning. We were thrilled to see John, Kathleen,
Julia, Conner and Stefan greeting us at our slip in the Waikiki Yacht Club.

Entry procedures were quick and painless, and we spent most of the morning
chatting about our voyage. After a fabulous lunch at the Yacht Club, we
washed down the boat. There is enough salt here to open a small mining
operation!

We'll sleep well tonight.

Congrats! Well done.

Are you paving the way for Renova to make that trip?

I have to say..you guys have carved out quite a lifestyle for yourselves...
How are you ever going to be able to go back to a 9 - 5 job at home..or are you going to continue the trip?
We are STILL in Ensenada, Mx, and when we think about moving on..we realize that we still haven't seen all that Ensenada has to offer.
Take care and fair winds, Bob and Jane

Congratulations on a well done assignment. Given that you were fighting a headwind and trade currents for most of the journey, one wonders what kind of range under power this vessel has. I know one who is also sleeping better these days; John's father.
